Stride Gaming Acquires Two Big Industry Names

We have seen acquisition changes in the Bingo industry take place in the last couple of years and it was inevitable more were to follow particularly due to the taxation and licensing issues that have loomed.

Stride Gaming PLC currently owns popular brands like Kitty Bingo, Jackpot King and Lucky Pants Bingo makes an even bigger name for themselves in the UK online bingo market after acquiring two big industry names.

Stride Gaming group upon completion will integrate Netboost Media Limited including its holding company Tarco Limited and 8Ball Games that recently purchased Tidy Bingo.

According to Stride the acquisitions will double its share of the UK bingo market to 10% which will make it the fourth largest online bingo operator in the UK. With 105 brands under their umbrella they will represent over 25% of the UK online bingo market by number of sites with over 120,000 active players between them.
