Novomatic Acquires Majority Share of Video Bingo Company, Otium

Novomatic subsidiary, Novomatic Gaming Industries, recently acquired a 60% share within OtiumGI, S.L., Spanish video bingo company. Per the agreement, the full-service provider will deliver video bingo slots to the Barcelona-based company.

Novomatic’s video bingo slots, which are part of their expanded content portfolio, are scheduled to be presented at this week’s Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas. The games have been designed with premium quality, and their release, in partnership with Otium, is expected to immediately impact the Mexican market.
